Global Marketing Manager

Campaign management of a youth centric online travel agency. Overseeing the execution of promotional strategies across four global points of sale, working closely with channel owners to ensure the successful delivery of both brand and partner campaigns. Working in a fast-paced travel tech environment, where I juggle multiple tasks, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate authentically to engage stakeholders. My role requires me to be hands-on and proactive, consistently driving marketing initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.

Highlights of the Role
  • Working with senior leadership to set the marketing plan and global campaign strategy, owning the promotional calendar. 

  • Campaign management, leading creative ideation of one-off and ongoing marketing campaigns, both brand and partner lead activities to ensure key KPIs and targets are met and customers are inspired. Responsible for internal trafficking of campaigns from briefs to deliverables and  approvals both internally and with partners.

  • Working with channel owners to deliver our promotional plans across four global points of sale through our owned and paid channels.

  • Working with external agencies to manage content creation and drive customer acquisition across a variety of channels and acquire user generated content from within our target audience. Liaising with them to manage our social channels in line with external trends and matching our campaigns to influence behaviours

  • Managing our partnership relationship with Amazon Prime Student, specifically on customer acquisition and reward through giveaways, ambassador campaigns and large scale activations, for example $1.5 million investment campaign for ‘Home for the Holidays’.

  • Using our expanse of data and trends from previous years and campaigns to help make informed decisions on planning and activities. Additionally using that data for tracking core marketing deliverables, evaluating activity against pre-agreed KPIs and making improvement recommendations.
